The design concept creation usually takes several hours, then it will be send to you for your checking. You should write on the printed design and make notes and instructions, then send back to us for revisions. We allowed up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Then when the design is approve and final it will be send to you via the etsy chat or thru email so send also your email address.
