Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
A4 size for regular orders of evacuation diagrams, but if you need a bigger size, just inform us.
Custom and personalized orders
Please send a clear and readable floor plans. If you need to write instructions and labels, please write using all capital letters, avoid using lowercase for us to easily read your writings.
